Our client is a highly respected commercial general contractor delivering retail, corporate interiors, tenant improvement, renovation, and ground-up projects throughout the Midwest.
Job Description
- Lead multiple commercial and retail construction projects simultaneously.
- Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client communication.
- Oversee contract administration and risk management.
- Drive profitability and operational excellence.
- Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers.
- Participate in business development and client retention efforts.

The successful applicant:
- Has 8+ years of construction project management experience.
- Has experience managing projects between $1M and $20M.
- Has a commercial and retail construction background required.
- Has strong financial management and leadership capabilities.
- Has the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
