Administrative Support Worker - ASU-Downtown

Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Support Worker to provide administrative and clerical support for daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with sales, catering, hospitality, or event coordination experience are encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities Perform administrative duties including distributing mail, ordering and stocking office supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors. Support management with clerical functions related to accounting, payroll, receiving, human resources, and record maintenance. Enter and maintain accurate data, files, and reports. Greet customers, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner. Respond to inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments. Maintain office communications, memos, and informational postings. Operate office equipment and technology, including computers, copy/scanner machines, voicemail systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Provide administrative support for special projects and departmental initiatives as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in administrative support, office administration, customer service, sales, catering, hospitality, banquet operations, or event coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience interacting with customers and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Apply?
