Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailored to the specific needs of each client seeking outpatient care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' relational dynamics and mental health concerns, designing personalized treatment plans that include realistic and measurable goals.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support to ensure the safety and stability of clients and their family members during challenging situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, following all ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania is required.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary in the range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
