Salary InformationThe starting salary for this position is set at a minimum of $550,448 . The final compensation may be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, expertise, and the availability of departmental or grant funding. The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences is in search of a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative leader to take on the role of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Division Director. This individual will be tasked with enhancing the clinical, educational, and research objectives of the MFM Division while promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and academic success. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead a developing division within an academic medical center and health system partnership, focusing on the expansion of perinatal services and high-risk pregnancy care throughout the region. The Division Director will report directly to the Chair of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences and will work closely with the leadership of the Women’s Health Service line to meet local and system-wide goals and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications- MD, DO, or an equivalent degree is required.
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, along with subspecialty certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
- Eligibility for medical licensure in New Jersey is mandatory.
- A minimum of five years of experience in maternal-fetal medicine, including expertise in ultrasound and invasive MFM procedures.
- Proven leadership experience in an academic environment; experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering interdepartmental collaborations is preferred.
- A strong track record of clinical excellence, research accomplishments, and dedication to education; candidates with experience in securing extramural research funding are preferred.
- Experience in program development, faculty mentorship, and collaboration with health system leadership is essential.
- Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and population health strategies in perinatal care is preferred.
