Service Lead Flooring Installation Operations
MP Contract Flooring is a full-service flooring installation company serving new home builders, and we're looking for an organized, motivated Service Lead to join our team!

What You'll Do
- Coordinate with builders, homeowners, installers, and coworkers to resolve service issues
- Schedule installers and service appointments
- Track service orders from request through completion
- Monitor orders and material status
- Keep builders and homeowners updated
- Review and approve installer invoices
- Handle invoicing and order entry
- Manage service activity using HeyPros and other industry software
- Follow up on open items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Salary Range: $20-$23/hr The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
