Pay: $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per month. New to State candidates will be hired at the minimum salary of the classification or the minimum of alternate range when applicable. Final Filing Date: 7/20/2026 Job Overview The incumbent works under general direction of the Supervisor I in the Business Development Unit and leads the development and ongoing management of HIV prevention contracts, reviews and processes invoices, conducts budget and fiscal analysis, identifies innovative process improvements, develops and implements standard operating procedures for branch functions, and serves as a key point of contact for funded entities. The position is subject to the Personal Leave Program 2025, which provides a 3% reduction of monthly base pay in exchange for 5 hours of leave credits through June 2027. The salary ranges shown on this posting do not reflect the salary reduction.
