Regulatory Affairs Specialist III

Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences and healthcare industry, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist III to join their team. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist III, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs & Product Stewardship department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong scientific judgment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist III
Location: Maplewood, MN 55119 (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $45-55/hr. on W2 (No C2C)
Job Type: 18-month Contract with potential for hire or extension
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Central (flexible)
What's the Job?
Develop and implement global regulatory strategies supporting product commercialization and lifecycle management.
Interpret emerging global regulations and communicate their impact to various stakeholders.
Support regulatory submissions, product registrations, and compliance documentation processes.
Lead product stewardship activities, including hazard, exposure, and risk assessments throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure regulatory compliance and support new product development.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting global regulatory compliance programs.
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of global chemical and product safety regulations such as TSCA, REACH, GHS, RoHS, and FDA requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
