As a Referral Coordinator, you handle the intake process of the order for healthcare services; liaison between our company and our patients and health plans; verify patient information, insurance verification, authorization/referral processing, obtaining and releasing clinical documentation, responds to health plan inquiries, and research and resolve patient accounts, or escalate for resolution.

What will you need to succeed:

• 2+ years of intake referrals experience within Home Health
• Effective verbal and written communication skill
• Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Certification a plus

We are hiring for multiple positions with the following schedule options:

• TuesdayFriday, 11:00 a.m.8:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:30 a.m.5:30 p.m.
• SundayThursday, 12:00 p.m.9:00 p.m.
• MondayFriday, 1:00 p.m.10:00 p.m., with rotating weekends
• FridayTuesday, 12:00 p.m.9:00 p.m.
• ThursdayMonday, 1:00 p.m.10:00 p.m.
• ThursdayMonday, 12:00 p.m.9:00 p.m.
• WednesdayFriday, 12:00 p.m.9:00 p.m.; SaturdaySunday, 9:00 a.m.6:00 p.m.
