Senior Strategic Analytics ManagerWhen you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives.Job DescriptionPrimary ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that support enterprise initiatives and strategic decision-making.Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses that integrate clinical performance, operational metrics, financial outcomes, and market trends to inform strategic planning and organizational priorities.Develop business cases, financial models, and executive-level presentations that translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.Partner with data engineering, IT, and analytics teams to develop scalable data pipelines and integrated data models that improve data accessibility and support enterprise reporting and analytics.Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability through the implementation of monitoring processes, validation standards, and data management best practices.Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT system services to support the development and optimization of medication-related clinical decision support and workflows within the electronic health record.Monitor and assess the impact of informatics initiatives and EHR changes on clinical workflows, operational performance, and patient outcomes.Establish strong partnerships across pharmacy, IT, finance, and clinical leadership to support alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.Communicate complex analytical, technical, and strategic concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including senior executives and clinical leaders.Identify risks, operational challenges, and strategic opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations and mitigation strategies.Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and healthcare innovations to inform strategy and operational improvement.Provide mentorship and guidance to analytics, informatics, and data team members to support professional development and capability building.Required QualificationsPharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.Active pharmacist license required.Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare analytics, data science, informatics, consulting, or strategic analysis.Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.Experience working with healthcare data systems and electronic health records.Strong understanding of clinical pharmacy practice, medication safety, and healthcare operations.Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree (MBA, MHA, MS in Data Science, Health Informatics, Analytics, or related field) strongly preferred.Lean Certification of Green Belt or higher preferred.CompetenciesDecision Making: Ability to make decisions guided by precedents, policies and objectives.Problem Solving: Ability to address highly varied, complex and often non-recurring problems.Independence of Action: Ability to set goals and determine how to accomplish defined results.Written Communications: Ability to summarize and communicate moderately complex information.Oral Communications: Ability to comprehend and communicate complex verbal information.Knowledge: Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of concepts, practices and policies.Teamwork: Acts as a team leader for small projects or work groups.Customer Service: Provides high level of customer service and resolves service issues timely.Social/Environmental RequirementsWork requires close attention to task for accuracy.Work requires constant response to changing circumstances.No substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.Health Care Status: NHCW: No patient contactPhysical RequirementsSedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds occasionally.Sitting most of the time, with occasional walking and standing.Constant sitting, fine manipulation using one hand, keyboard use.Pay Range:$128,960.00 USD - $170,560.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
