Role Description The Operations Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lawton, OK, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure high-quality ABA services and an efficient, client‑centered environment. This role coordinates staffing and schedules, supports onboarding and training processes, and monitors operational workflows to meet clinical, regulatory, and safety standards. The Operations Manager collaborates closely with clinical leadership to align resources with client needs, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement in service delivery. Other day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing facility logistics, monitoring performance metrics, assisting with budget and inventory oversight, and serving as a point of contact for families and staff regarding operational matters. The role also contributes to a positive workplace culture by promoting clear communication, teamwork, and adherence to Brighter Strides’ values. Qualifications Operational management skills, including clinic or healthcare operations oversight, workflow optimization, and process improvement. Experience with staff coordination, scheduling, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training activities. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with clinical teams, support staff, children, and families. Competence in basic business and administrative functions, such as budget awareness, inventory management, and report preparation. Knowledge of healthcare or behavioral health settings, including familiarity with ABA therapy or related services (preferred). Ability to interpret and follow regulatory, compliance, and safety guidelines relevant to clinical operations. Proficiency with common office software, scheduling tools and electronic documentation systems. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
