Litigation Associate (3-6 Years) | Memphis, TN

We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience to join our Memphis office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience, professional growth, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience conducting and defending depositions
• Strong drafting skills, including discovery and dispositive motions
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable appearing in court
• Active Tennessee law license required
• Full-time, in-office position in Memphis
