Maintain a neat personal appearance and dress appropriately.Maintain all required daily reports and log all incidents and activities that take place during the shift.Monitor and respond to all emergency security systems. Prepare Unusual Occurrence Reports when applicable.Schedule transportation to doctor, dentist, and business appointments for residents and inform Transportation when valet parking is needed.Dispatch messages via radio to various departments as requested.Perform Customer Services Desk services: guest room reservations; accept and dispense packages, prescriptions, flowers etc., operate multiple-line telephone, record resident's change of status.Record all irregularities or needed repairs observed or reported during the shift. Submit Work Order if necessary.Assist other departments with typing, copying, sorting, etc., as needed and as time allows.Work agreed-upon schedule with minimal absences in accordance with the attendance policy, and perform routine tasks without close supervision. (Resident Relations)Your Qualifications:High School diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
