A company is looking for an Assistant Managing Attorney. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership within the staff counsel office and manage a personal caseload Conduct suit analyses and evaluate talent for performance cycles Recruit, hire, develop, and retain outstanding legal staff and support staff Required Qualifications At least 10 years of legal experience in relevant areas of practice Management experience including direct leadership and project oversight Member in good standing with the Illinois state and federal general bar Experience analyzing data to derive insights Proficiency with MS Office and adaptable to new software platforms
