Colorado Licensed Managing Attorney

To support the expansion of a new office, the full-time Colorado Licensed Managing Attorney will manage and grow the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations, handle a high-volume creditors' rights caseload, and supervise staff while collaborating with firm leadership in a hybrid/remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist in managing and expanding the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations Oversee a high-volume creditors' rights and foreclosure caseload Supervise paralegals and support staff, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and quality standards Required qualifications 8+ years of creditors' rights experience Deep knowledge of foreclosure procedures and legal requirements in Colorado Strong background in mortgage default, foreclosure litigation, and bankruptcy Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Proven people management and leadership skills
