A company is looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to manage a full docket of personal injury and employment-related cases. Key Responsibilities Manage a full docket of personal injury and workers' compensation cases Handle all phases of litigation, including case investigation, client communication, discovery, depositions, and motion practice Prepare for and participate in trials, including pre- and post-trial responsibilities Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or workers' compensation Trial or hearing experience, ideally before the Industrial Commission Active Illinois State Bar license required Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively
