Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking PRN, "as needed" CRNA's to join the collaborative and collegial team at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. Enjoy a full scope of practice and a supportive and dynamic work environment. Our PRN CRNA's may be asked to provide coverage at HCA Chippenham Hospital (Richmond, VA) and HCA TriCities Hospital (Hopewell, VA) depending on scheduling needs.

Highlights/Qualified Candidates:

• Care Team Model of 10 General Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs covering an average of 18 sites of service.
• Diverse mix of cases including Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics and GI. No trauma. No Cardiac. No Peds.
• Annual surgical volume 17,000 cases.
• Current schedule is 8/10/12 hour shifts. Post call day off. Weekday and weekend call shared equally.
• Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.

Incentive and Benefits Package:

• PRN, W2 employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services.
• Malpractice covered 100% (occurrence-based policy).
