Position Summary We are searching for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support to management and operations teams in Cincinnati. Key Responsibilities Assist managers with daily scheduling and operational coordination. Help organize documents, schedules, and routine business information. Support communication between management and on-site team members. Assist with coordinating staff assignments and shift coverage. Prepare materials and information needed for daily operations. Help maintain organized records and files. Assist with routine administrative tasks and special projects. Qualifications Minimum requirements High school diploma or GED required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
