Shipping Shift Leader - 1st & 2nd Shift

Delta Personnel Services is seeking dependable Shipping Shift Leaders to lead and support warehouse employees across 1st and 2nd shifts. This hands-on role covers order picking, verification, pallet preparation, staging, loading, inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity. Shifts are 1st 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and 2nd 4:00 PM–12:00 AM in a fast-paced warehouse in New Jersey.
