Data Analyst (MS Technologies)

What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions used across the organization. Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze and transform data from multiple sources. Create scalable data models and calculations using DAX and the Microsoft data stack. Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, finance, logistics, marketing, and executive teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. Support analytics initiatives using tools including Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, Databricks, and SQL. Assist with automation and advanced analytics efforts using Python when appropriate. Help expand reporting capabilities and improve how information is delivered throughout the business. Participate in emerging AI initiatives and future-focused analytics projects as the organization continues to invest in new technologies. What We’re Looking For Experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and manipulation. Experience with DAX and data modeling. Familiarity with the Microsoft data ecosystem. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and desire to continuously learn and grow. Nice to Have Experience with Databricks. Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation. Manufacturing industry experience.
