Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Thrive Plus Inc., your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Conducting assessments and therapy sessions with couples and families, as well as individual sessions to address personal issues impacting relational dynamics.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans targeting prevalent issues such as conflicts among family members, adjustment difficulties related to separation or divorce, and communication challenges.
\n
• Facilitating discussions around sensitive topics like grief, trauma, and blended family dynamics, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings.
\n
• Utilizing telemedicine platforms effectively, providing convenience and accessibility for clients while adhering to the highest clinical standards.
\n
• Documenting client progress, treatment changes, and outcomes accurately to ensure continuity of care and support organizational accountability.
\n
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our target client population includes adults, children, couples, and families dealing with various psychological issues. You will work with individuals facing a range of challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field.
