Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to a diverse range of clients, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize a billing service that oversees claims, account receivables, benefit checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Schedule ongoing appointments, track client progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with clients’ evolving goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that promote holistic healing, particularly in end-of-life care situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice as an LCSW will primarily focus on clients navigating the complexities of hospice care. The patient population will include individuals coping with terminal illnesses, their families, and caregivers who seek emotional and psychological support during an exceptionally challenging period in their lives. Your compassionate approach will play a pivotal role in fostering resilience and comfort as clients confront anxiety, grief, and existential concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) or Clinical Psychology.

• Licensed as an LCSW in Arizona, with the requisite qualifications to provide independent therapy.

• Flexible availability to accommodate client needs, including the ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week and be available at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by the potential for a sign-on bonus. Compensation reflects your experience and qualifications, along with an hourly pay structure for therapy hours. Additional benefits include:
