Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a MedSurg/Ortho unit. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Monitor patient conditions and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a MedSurg/Ortho setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is a plus.
Schedule
This position offers guaranteed hours with a full-time commitment, specifically the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. The anticipated start date for this role is December 14.
