Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students across three dynamic educational sites in Pennsylvania. Multiple dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to contribute their expertise and passion for communication in elementary, middle, and high school settings. Each assignment offers the chance to make a tangible impact and collaborate within vibrant, multidisciplinary teams—while focusing on in-person student engagement.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Pennsylvania SLP and Teaching Certificates (required for all applicants)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellows (CF) welcome; SLPAs considered despite state recognition
• Comfort working onsite in school environments
• Experience or interest in working with AAC devices and supporting autistic students is highly valued
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work full-time (35 hours/week) during the 2026-2027 school year

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy for K–12 students with diverse needs, including those requiring autistic support, AAC implementation, life skills, and transition readiness
• Collaborate with occupational, physical, vision, and hearing specialists to develop and execute therapy plans
• Manage caseloads of approximately 30–55 students, depending on assignment
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the holistic support of each student’s academic and communication goals
• Participate in relevant staff professional development and training throughout the school year
