The DACA (Deposit Account Control Agreement) Product Associate is responsible for assisting in DACA product planning, product management, and DACA risk. This role supports the execution of the overall business strategy, focusing on processes that drive expense and operational efficiencies within the Commercial product portfolio. **Essential Functions*** The Commercial DACA Product Analyst will assist in all aspects of KeyBanks Commercial Deposit Account Control Agreement program, which includes solution consulting, onboarding, monitoring/review of agreement language, billing, servicing and risk reviews.* Support DACA Product Manager with new and existing payment products, processes, and services.* Partner with legal vendor and DACA Product Manager to assist with ensuring Key remains in compliance with and supports new regulatory requirements and evolving business needs and client requirements.* Support Ad-hoc research and resolution of daily issues, data requests, reporting requirements, finding remediation as well as regulatory requests.* Prepare monthly risk and operational reports; conduct initial analysis and review findings with Product Manager.* Enhance the overall onboarding and account servicing experience.* Assist DACA Product Manager to identify product and process gaps, strengths, and weaknesses.* Participate in forecasting, performance measurement, monitoring, and assessing client experience impacts.* Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to ensure initiatives align with Keys moderate risk profile.* Partner with internal technology, 3rd party vendors, and other strategic partners to develop new client solutions.* Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Keys clients and Key.**Education*** Bachelor's Degree in business or related field (preferred)* Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred)* OR equivalent experience (required)**Work Experience*** 1+ years of experience in operations, client resolution, risk management, or legal support (required) or* 1+ years of experience in a payments/commercial rotational program (required)* Understanding of Commercial Treasury Banking products and services (required)**Skills*** Business acumen: Ability to understand and apply commercial banking principles to drive product success.* Strategic thinking: Capacity to align product initiatives with broader business goals.* Risk management: Identifies and mitigates risks in product operations and compliance.* Critical thinking: Skill in analyzing data and situations to make informed decisions.* Collaboration: Effectively works with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, and Product Managers.* Oral communication: Clearly conveys ideas and information in meetings and presentations.* Written communication: Produces clear, concise reports and documentation.* Excel proficiency: Uses Excel for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.* Presentation skills: Develops and delivers business presentations to stakeholders.* Project management: Manages multiple tasks and prioritizes based on strategic objectives.* Commercial product knowledge: Understands treasury management, commercial card, merchant services, and FX.* Fraud and dispute awareness: Familiarity with fraud processes and dispute resolution.* Competitive analysis: Monitors market trends and identifies product gaps and opportunities.* Brand compliance: Understands brand rules and ensures alignment (e.g., Mastercard, Visa).* Client experience assessment: Evaluates product impact on client satisfaction and performance.**Core Competencies*** All KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Keys Values and abide by Keys Code of Conduct.**Physical Demands*** General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
