I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an accountant before taking a sabbatical and discovering a new passion for insurance. After spending six years as a State Farm team member, I opened my own agency. Giving back is an important part of our agency. We proudly support foster care programs for children and families, partner with MedWish to help provide medical supplies around the world, and are passionate about making a positive impact in our community. As an Account Associate for Jinisha Patel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
