The patient population typically includes short stay treatments, including TIA workups, stress tests, and radiology procedures. The goal is to prepare the patients for discharge within 24 hours or less, or work with the physician team to upgrade the patient's status. Sentara Virginia Beach General is recognized as a stroke center and holds magnet designation for excellence in patient care. We are seeking experienced candidates to join this team-oriented unit!Job Description:The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process.
