Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow | Perkasie/Bucks County Area | ~$20/hour

A busy, established, family-owned service company in the Bucks County area is looking for an experienced, personable and highly organized  Client Services Coordinator to join our small team.

This is more than an “answer the phone” position. You’ll often be a customer’s  first impression of our company and will play an important role in keeping our customers, appointments and team organized.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls with a friendly, upbeat and professional demeanor
• Gather customer information and determine the appropriate service/team member
• Schedule estimates and appointments for multiple team members
• Schedule thoughtfully—considering  location, drive time, urgency and efficiency , not simply filling calendar openings
• Enter and maintain accurate information in company software
• Communicate schedule changes and important customer details to the team
• Follow up as needed so customers don’t fall through the cracks
• Assist with general administrative tasks and potentially simple social-media updates

Who We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in someone who brings  professional maturity and real-world customer service experience to the position.

You may have experience in an office, school, medical/dental practice, hospitality, real estate, service business or another customer-facing environment where communication and organization mattered.

The right person is:

• Highly organized, dependable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces
• Able to prioritize and work independently
• Thoughtful about scheduling and logistics
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Professional in phone, text and email communication
• Interested in becoming a  trusted, long-term member of a small company

Previous  customer service, scheduling or administrative experience is strongly preferred. Industry experience is not required—we can teach our business. We’re much more interested in finding someone with excellent judgment, communication skills, organization and a willingness to learn.

Schedule & Compensation

We envision this position beginning 2–3 weekdays per week (approximately 16–24 hours)with the opportunity to grow toward 30–40 hours/full-time .

Initial training will take place  in person in the Perkasie area . Once fully trained and confident in the role, there is potential for a  primarily work-from-home arrangement .

Consistent weekday daytime availability is important.

Starting pay: approximately $20/hour, depending on experience.

Full-time growth and benefits may be available as the position develops.
