Job Overview As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ through the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives. Qualifications You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience. You are 18 years of age or higher, per applicable law. You know what it takes to be in the smile‑making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. You’re ALL IN for starting your day bright and early and are ready to begin your workday at 4 am.
