Job Title: DI/QC & Admin Lead Job Code: A011.9648 Location: Santa Clara, CA Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 Job Posting Closing Date: 6/2/2026 Responsibilities Support execution of preclinical studies in the animal facilities, ensuring alignment with regulatory and clinical requirements. Conduct data review and inspection against procedures for a FDA-compliant 21 CFR Part 58 laboratory. Implement and maintain Quality Control processes and procedures, from standard development to internal process optimization. Oversee staff responsible for quality checks of study documentation and identify quality issues through data integrity reviews. Develop and manage corrective‑action plans and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new GLP procedures. Monitor, track, and trend deviations, identifying systemic issues and areas for improvement. Ensure equipment maintenance, calibrations, and qualifications within testing and animal care facilities. Oversee archival processes for electronic, physical, wet tissue, and test‑article records. Perform internal system inspections and verify compliance with established policies and procedures. Act as Subject Matter Expert on 21 CFR Part 58 and provide compliance oversight for Preclinical Research staff. Conduct in‑process and internal inspections of animal husbandry, surgical lab execution, equipment usage, and staff training. Review training files to confirm curricula are current and complete. Direct process improvements and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives. Manage laboratory activity resourcing, facility utilization, and vendor/purchase‑order activities. Qualifications Master’s degree in Biotechnology or a related field. Minimum of two years’ experience in a DI/QC & Admin Lead‑related occupation or equivalent.
