Position Overview

Oscar Stone is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Representative to join our retail sales team. The Sales Representative will work directly on the sales floor, assisting customers with their jewelry purchases and providing an excellent shopping experience.

The ideal candidate must have previous sales experience , be comfortable speaking with customers, and have the ability to build relationships while confidently presenting and selling products.

Jewelry sales experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor in a professional and welcoming manner.

• Identify customer needs and recommend jewelry based on their preferences, style, and budget.

• Present and explain jewelry products, including diamonds, gold, watches, and other merchandise.

• Develop strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Meet and work toward individual and store sales goals.

• Follow up with customers regarding purchases, inquiries, and potential sales.

• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, promotions, and products.

• Properly handle and present merchandise according to company procedures.

• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and professional.

• Assist with customer inquiries, exchanges, repairs, layaways, and other sales-related matters as needed.

• Accurately complete sales transactions and required documentation.

• Work collaboratively with management and other sales team members.

• Follow all Oscar Stone company policies, procedures, and security requirements.

• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while representing the Oscar Stone brand.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Ability to work weekends, including Sundays, as scheduled.

Preferred:

• Previous jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, or high-end sales experience.

• Knowledge of gold, diamonds, watches, or other jewelry products.

• Experience working with sales goals and commissions.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
