Senior CX Manager, Healthtech — 50+ Accounts, ROI
Lever, Inc.
Artera is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager to own a book of ~50–60 FQHC/CHC accounts, from pre-close through renewal and expansion. You’ll lead implementations, drive adoption, monitor health, and partner with sales to grow the book while using AI to stay efficient across a high-volume portfolio. Expect to present ROI to C-suites, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively manage churn. This role requires about 25% travel and relocation consideration to one of our U.S. hubs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lever, Inc.
