Position Summary We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our institutional sales and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping teams focused, managing follow-ups, and ensuring that critical projects, especially those tied to revenue generation, move forward efficiently. You will work directly with senior leadership to streamline operations, track institutional sales performance, and ensure cross-functional alignment. Responsibilities Track action items and ensure deadlines and commitments are met across internal stakeholders Prepare and maintain weekly sales performance reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline updates, conversion metrics, lead activity) Support sales enablement activities, including coordinating outreach campaigns, updating CRM records, providing conference support, and preparing decks or collateral Schedule and facilitate key meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and driving post-meeting follow-through Identify and propose process improvements to boost efficiency and clarity across operations Act as a communication liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment Collaborate on ad hoc projects as needed What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in an operational, administrative, or project coordination role – ideally within a sales, startup, or SaaS environment. High attention to detail, responsiveness, task prioritization, and strong organizational skills Proven expertise in CRM entry and management (Hubspot experience strongly preferred) Proficiency in productivity and reporting tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Coda/Notion, Excel/Sheets) Confidence executing quickly and smoothly in a hybrid or remote-work office environment A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, get-it-done attitude Interest in EdTech is a plus If you don’t have 100% of the bullets listed above, that’s okay!
