Program Management Analyst - Airbus Aerosystems Kinston (NC) Airbus Aerosystems Kinston is looking for a Program Management Analyst to join our team based in Kinston, NC. The Program Data Analyst supports program execution within the Aero Systems division by collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data to ensure performance, schedule adherence, and process efficiency. This role partners closely with Program Managers and cross‑functional teams to track milestones, identify risks, improve workflows, and communicate actionable insights in a fast‑paced aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting – Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to monitor performance. Create clear, concise reports and visual presentations for internal stakeholders and management. Process Improvement – Identify bottlenecks in program workflows and recommend data‑driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Project Tracking – Assist Program Managers in tracking milestones, action items, and deliverables to ensure all project phases meet strict aerospace schedules and deadlines. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to ensure data integrity, consistency, and effective communication across the Aero Systems division. Data Management & Documentation – Work with existing Excel templates, apply formulas, run standard and ad‑hoc reports, and maintain accurate, well‑organized documentation. ERP & SAP Data Extraction – Extract, review, and interpret data from SAP, including non‑conformance records, and organize findings effectively in Excel for reporting and analysis. Presentation Development – Create and update basic PowerPoint presentations to clearly communicate program status, trends, and data insights. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field OR 5 years of equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail; ability to manage structured and high‑volume data accurately. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas). Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (intermediate level). Experience with existing templates and structured reporting processes. Comfortable learning new project management software and internal databases. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; quick learner of new tools and systems. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and manage high‑pressure schedules common in aerospace. Preferred Qualifications SAP experience or hands‑on usage of SAP software. Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment; strong preference for aerospace experience. Proficiency in communicating both spoken and written English. Citizenship and Physical Requirements US Citizen. On‑site location; able to travel independently on short notice. Ability to read and write at computer screen, participate in conversations, handle documents, operate office equipment, lift and carry up to 30 lbs (14 kg), and perform basic mobility tasks such as walking and standing.
