Maintenance Technician

Job Title
Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
Conduct routine equipment inspections to detect wear, leaks, or potential failures and ensure continuous production.
Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations according to production requirements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation using CMMS software.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and adhere to company maintenance policies.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects to minimize downtime and boost operational efficiency.
