Maintenance Technician -- KHADC5821656

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal production performance and minimal downtime.

Shift & Pay Details:

• 3 openings across multiple shifts
• 2nd Shift Differential: +$2.00/hr
• 3rd Shift Differential: +$1.50/hr

Shift Options:

• Monday–Friday | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• Tuesday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM + Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM + Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• (Weekend shifts subject to change based on business needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose issues with motors, sensors, conveyors, pumps, and PLC-controlled systems
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation in CMMS
• Support equipment installation, changeovers, and calibration
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
• Follow all safety procedures including LOTO compliance

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Technical/Trade certification preferred)
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems
• Knowledge of CMMS and preventive maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
