Real Estate Agent
Seeking a dedicated Japanese Bilingual Property Management Assistant to support the company's operations. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison among tenants, property owners, and local management partners, ensuring seamless property maintenance and administrative compliance. We welcome applications from highly motivated individuals; prior real estate experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to begin or advance their career in property management.
Essential Duties
- Tenant Support: Respond to inquiries and maintenance/repair requests from tenants.
- Maintenance Management: Arrange repair work for managed properties, obtain construction approvals from property owners, monitor progress, and verify the completion of work.
- Coordination with Local Partner Management Companies: Clarify and organize any discrepancies or inquiries related to cash flow, income, and expenses for managed properties.
- General Administrative & Procedural Support: Handle fire insurance enrollment and renewals for managed properties, process property tax payments, update internal data, and perform other related administrative tasks.

Qualifications
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (Business level English or above in speaking and writing).
- Valid Driver's License (A company car will be provided).
Preferred: Holders of real estate-related licenses (such as a Texas Real Estate License) and/or individuals with experience in property management, real estate sales, or related fields.
