Corporate Recruiter

Must be near Columbus, IN and Indianapolis, IN to go onsite as needed
Pay: $37.60/hour W2 only
Duration: 3 months with extensions based on client need and performance. Ideally aiming to convert direct - must be willing to work onsite if converted.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.
3+ years of recruiting experience that includes recruiting for manufacturing, automotive, industrial, and/or engineering positions is required.

Responsibilities:
Manage full lifecycle recruitment, effectively partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on corporate hiring needs.
Proactively source and screen candidates for corporate openings across manufacturing, industrial, engineering, and operations positions.
Supporting pipeline management and the conversion to offer process.
Hours are regular work hours with flexibility, as long as we end up with the normal 8 hour days.
