Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in achieving relaxation and improved mental health.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client’s unique stressors, challenges, and therapy goals, ensuring a tailored approach to mindfulness practices.

• Guide clients in various mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breath-control techniques to encourage self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Organize and facilitate group workshops and classes centered on mindfulness practices, aimed at enhancing stress management and resilience-building strategies.

• Integrate mindfulness methodologies into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns whilst also promoting holistic growth.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
