I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a team of 17. My State Farm journey began while I was working my way through college. I was recruited to become a State Farm team member and quickly discovered a career I truly loved. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with my family. Giving back to the community is at the heart of everything we do. Our agency is heavily involved in local schools, community events, and charitable organizations. We believe that building strong relationships and serving our community are just as important as serving our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Adam McCarty - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
