Fin & Crab is looking for an energetic and experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our team in beautiful Charleston, SC. This is your chance to bring your hospitality passion to a dynamic dining environment where great food meets exceptional guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love building winning teams, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front of house operations to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor FOH staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Monitor and maintain service standards, table turns, and guest satisfaction
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Collaborate with kitchen and BOH management to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a FOH role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic restaurant reporting
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe or equivalent food handler certification preferred
