Brand Manager

About the Role Our client is looking for an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for their FMCG portfolio, working remotely from anywhere. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, market share, and profitability. You will be responsible for understanding consumer insights, identifying market opportunities, and translating them into compelling brand initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and brand plans to achieve business objectives. Manage the brand's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing marketing spend. Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop compelling advertising and promotional campaigns. Oversee new product development and launches, from concept to market execution. Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous growth and engagement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry . Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
