About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. You will manage a team of digital marketing professionals, oversee campaign execution across various channels, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This position offers a fully remote working arrangement, providing flexibility and the opportunity to lead from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic, global team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. Oversee the creation and execution of integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Analyze digital marketing performance data, provide strategic insights, and report on KPIs to senior management. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into strategy. Requirements Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing successful online campaigns and teams. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
