Titan Brands is seeking a data-driven, growth-minded Senior Email Marketing Specialist to help convert campaign plans into accurate, timely, revenue-driving email experiences across our brand portfolio. You’ll help bring customer campaigns to life across email and SMS, from the first approved brief through launch and performance review. This role combines hands-on execution in Klaviyo and Attentive with careful quality checks, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to shape future campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities  

Campaign & Lifecycle Execution

•Build and launch email campaigns in Klaviyo and SMS campaigns in Attentive, managing content, personalization, links, tracking, audiences, and scheduling from approved brief through launch.

•Build and maintain automated welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell, win-back, and re-engagement journeys, including triggers, filters, delays, splits, and dynamic content.

•Create customer segments using engagement, purchase history, product or category interest, lifecycle stage, and other customer signals.

•Use HTML and CSS to update email templates, troubleshoot rendering issues, and support responsive designs across common inboxes and devices.

Quality, Coordination & Channel Health

•Own pre-launch QA for content, imagery, links, tracking, rendering, mobile experience, personalization, exclusions, suppressions, journey logic, and compliance elements.

•Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager and brand, creative, merchandising, and ecommerce teams to coordinate briefs, assets, approvals, calendars, and deadlines across multiple brands.

•Support consent management, list hygiene, email deliverability, SMS compliance, and data integrity across Klaviyo, Attentive, and connected systems.

•Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, QA checklists, templates, and reporting trackers; identify ways to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Performance, Optimization & Strategy

•Run email and SMS tests, document results, and apply learnings to improve content, audiences, timing, and the customer experience.

•Monitor campaign and automated journey performance—including engagement, conversion, attributed revenue, and revenue per recipient—and turn results into practical recommendations.

•Participate in planning and grow toward contributing to contact strategy, lifecycle roadmaps, segmentation, testing priorities, and revenue goals.

Requirements:

You’re a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys building campaigns, solving problems, and finding ways to make the customer experience better. You can manage the details of a launch while keeping the broader goals in view.

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

•2+ years in email, SMS, lifecycle, CRM, or digital marketing. 

• Experience building campaigns, automations, segments, tests, and reports in an email or SMS marketing platform.

•Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive is preferred.

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to make basic template edits and troubleshoot common email rendering issues.

• An understanding of email, SMS, and ecommerce metrics, with the ability to turn results into useful insights and next steps.

• The ability to take a campaign from brief to launch, balance multiple deadlines, and flag risks early in a fast-paced environment. •Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to QA, audience selection, tracking, and deployment.

•Strong writing skills, good judgment about the customer experience, and the ability to work well with creative and business partners.
