Advocate Health's Advocate Medical Group (AMG) is seeking a part-time Patient Service Representative in the Obstetrics/Gynecology area. The role rotates among Park Ridge, Des Plaines and Buffalo Grove to support a busy clinic. You will assist patients with appointments, tests and billing inquiries, ensure accurate records, and provide high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
