General Superintendent – Grading / Paving Pay: DOE (discussed during interview) DOE Location ; 8211 W Sherman St Tolleson AZ 85353 Summary: The General Superintendent oversees daily grading and paving operations, leading a crew of 10–15 while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role works closely with management to plan work, coordinate resources, and address field challenges.
