RPO Recruiter

Randstad is seeking a Talent Advisor to join our Mid-Market RPO team, providing expanded support for an established chemical manufacturing client near Savannah, GA.

You will partner directly with hiring managers and HR to manage a high-impact requisition load, headlined by an immediate ramp-up of 16 Chemical Operators alongside professional engineering, sales, and marketing positions. If you excel at candidate engagement and consultative stakeholder management in industrial settings, this role offers an exciting opportunity to step in and make an immediate impact.

This role will be primarily remote, with occassional onsite visits 1-2 times per quarter.

Contract Details

• Duration: 6–12 Month Contract (with potential to extend based on client need and performance).

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Rapid-Scale Sourcing & High-Volume Operations

• High-Volume Manufacturing Delivery: Lead the rapid-timeframe recruitment of 16 Chemical Operators, ensuring strict compliance with client hiring SLAs, safety requirements, and onboarding timelines.
• Full-Lifecycle Sourcing: Drive candidate generation across a blended requisition portfolio—ranging from high-volume skilled plant operations (Chemical Operators) to professional corporate roles (Mechanical Engineers, Sales, Marketing, etc.).
• Targeted Pipeline Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing techniques, local market mapping around Savannah/Coastal Georgia, and outbound headhunting to engage active and passive talent.

Strategic Consultation & Stakeholder Alignment

• Consultative Partnership: Lead intake calls with plant leaders, engineering managers, and corporate executives to align on job requirements, profile calibration, and realistic market availability.
• Market Insight: Provide real-time data and market feedback regarding local labor availability in the chemical, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
• Offer Negotiation & Candidate Experience: Guide candidates seamlessly from initial outreach through offer acceptance and background check completion, serving as a trusted brand ambassador.

Client & Team Collaboration

• RPO Excellence: Act as a seamless extension of the client’s internal HR and site operations teams, delivering white-glove service and transparent communication.

Essential Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of four to five (4–5+) years in a full-lifecycle talent acquisition role, serving as the direct advisor to hiring managers.
• RPO or Staffing Agency Background: Proven success in a high-velocity, client-facing agency or RPO environment.
• Manufacturing & Industrial Sourcing: Demonstrated track record recruiting for manufacturing, chemical, plant operations, or heavy industrial environments.

Technical and Preferred Qualifications

• Blended Portfolio Experience: Ability to pivot smoothly between high-volume plant roles (operators, technicians) and specialized professional roles (engineers, sales, marketing).
• Location/Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Savannah, GA / Southeast industrial and manufacturing talent landscape is a strong plus.
• ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
• Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to influence plant managers, operations leaders, and corporate executives.
