International Tax Senior $85,000 - $110,000 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced International Tax Senior to join our tax team. This role is responsible for supporting multinational clients with international tax compliance, planning, and consulting matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, technical international tax knowledge, and experience working with cross-border transactions and U.S. international tax reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review U.S. international tax compliance forms, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 1118, and 8992/8993. Assist with international tax planning projects involving foreign tax credits, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and transfer pricing concepts. Research and analyze complex international tax issues and prepare technical memoranda. Support multinational corporate clients with tax provision calculations related to international operations. Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding information requests, tax filings, and planning opportunities. Assist with IRS examinations and responses related to international tax matters. Collaborate with domestic tax, audit, and advisory teams on cross-border transactions and restructurings. Stay current on changes in U.S. and international tax laws and regulations. Mentor and supervise junior staff members and review workpapers for accuracy and completeness. #J-18808-Ljbffr CPS Inc.
