This position offers impactful work as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or, with available supervision, as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). The primary schedule consists of 28 hours per week, with the added flexibility to combine with two additional openings in the Dayton area—one for 24 hours and another for 16—ideal for professionals looking to tailor their work schedule and maximize their reach.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or COTA, with credentials valid in Ohio
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage caseload, documentation, and IEP requirements efficiently
• For COTAs: Supervision arrangements are available

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to support student success across academic and functional domains
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review goals, progress, and strategies
