Job Summary

The Supplier Operations Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining an efficient, reliable supply base that supports the company's production and operational needs. This role manages supplier selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring, while maintaining the company's Approved Supplier List (ASL) in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will leverage strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support supplier operations, mitigate risk, and ensure procurement activities meet program requirements for schedule, cost, and quality. This position is fully onsite at our office in El Segundo, California.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor's degree in: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline
• 3+ years of progressive experience
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools, including: Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate
• Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
