Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Harness) 1st Shift- Millennium Space Systems

Position Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies, improving production efficiency and optimizing product quality. Monitor, assess, and provide status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs. Investigate product defects and production inefficiencies, developing solutions to reduce or mitigate them. Conduct staffing and cost analyses. Coordinate and prepare justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation. Represent manufacturing on production‑related issues. Establish and maintain production schedules. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. 1+ year of experience leading teams. 1+ year of hands‑on experience building wiring harnesses. Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the aerospace industry. Proficiency with PC applications, especially Excel. Excellent written and verbal communications. Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI).
